Schulympics is a 3-day virtual leadership event for current Masters-level students meet other members of the Schulich Graduate community and better their problem-solving, strategic thinking, team building, and communication skills.

Schulympics will take place from Friday, February 5th to Sunday February 7th.

Schulympics costs 10CAD a person

Signups are open between January 4th 10 a.m. EST and January 22nd 11:59p.m. EST.

There is an early bird period for signups between January 4th 10a.m. EST and January 15th 11:59p.m. EST. The incentive is a chance to win one of two $100 prizes.
Winners are announced on the first day of Schulympics, February 5th, 2021.

Teams will be randomly created by the Schuligan Institute. Participants are allowed to identify one person they want on their team, however this does not guarantee that they will be placed together.

Outside of the Schulympics weekend, there will be multiple asynchronous challenges that individuals can do to demonstrate their spy skills. These will contribute to overall team points.

Submissions are accepted from Monday, February 1st at 6a.m. EST to Friday, February 5th at 11:59p.m. EST.

Lip Sync Submissions will be accepted by February 6th at 11p.m. EST.

1st Place Prizes

  • All members on the winning team will each receive $400 worth of Apple or Amazon prizing.

2nd Place Prizes

  • All members on the team who places 2nd place will each receive $100 worth of work from home prizing.

3rd place Prizes

  • All members on the team who places 3rd place will each receive $60 worth of varied prizing from popular vendors.

Spirit Prizes

  • 5 individuals with highest scoring contributions to team in areas of spirit and individual will win a $10 gift card from a popular vendor.


Prizes will be awarded based on total accumulated points in the areas of asynchronous challenges, game challenges, and spirit challenges.

The awards ceremony is on Sunday, February 7th at 11a.m. EST.
